If you have at least 1 team entered into your Box Pool, you will not be able to edit/delete the template. The reason for this, is because It is imperative that all poolies have are picking from the same template.

If you must make changes to the template, you will have to delete any teams that have been created. Once there are no teams remaining, you will be able to make changes in the Template Editor.
